My research was based mainly on interviews of people working for WFP in Denmark, Sweden, Italy and Kenya. Regarding design and materials I worked with the company Innventia.
All this information was then translated into seven different concepts, all trying to facilitate the way of handling a package and making the delivery process safer.

These concepts were evaluated and testing models were built to see how they worked in real life and to get user feedback.
