To do this we need new ways of thinking. As Albert Einstein said "We can't use the same way of thinking to solve problems as we used when we created them"
In a large organization like Umeå municipality many decisions about the future of the citizens are taken. Innovation is needed for this new world, and the first step to innovation is creativity. But how creative are we?
