The instant dishwasher is placed into the cabinet where the sink is located. There you have all the plumbing that you need for that device. It is also beneficial to have it there, since food is discarded in the trash and liquids in the sink.
The dishwasher has a basket that goes up and down a shaft, where all the nozzles are located.
All the other hardware like the pump, the air turbine, the flow heater, and the water tank are in the bottom of the device.
